Where do the 20-somethings/early 30's go to hang out that cost little or nothing? - portable chess

When I was in my teens and early 20s, my friends and others will hang in a café. It took us over a cup of coffee or energy drink per hour. Real Entertainment cheap. Someone could be a card game, a chess board and pieces, or some other form of mobile entertainment.

What has struck me that pubs are closing / have lapsed, up to 50 guests with the reflex of soda, or the drive in dinner-70s.

Where today youngAmericanss will hang themselves out and be with friends who isrelativelyy safe and effective?

It was the grunge / coffee mid to late 90 and early 2000, which were popular joints thencorporatee coffee (Starbucks and others) that the mother simply set n and carefree 'pop into bankruptcy.

I ask again: Where can I depend? I am now in my 30 and find the location that corresponds to the cafe.

The world has changed in the past you last 5 or 6ARS?

I am 21 and currently at the university. Many of my friends and I'm at a place called Lollicup, where the bubble tea and playing board games, there is. There is also a cozy café (not a business owned enterprises), the inner city, where many students is how to hang. The parks are always a good place to be with friends, so that if there is a park near you have a barbecue or get to throw a Frisbee around windows. You can even rent a boat or by kayak.
