What is healthy cheap food for a student? - healthy food

I try to be healthy and loose on a rock.
But my current diet of Super Noodles students did not seem the right way.
While I can healthy foods that are relatively inexpensive to cook and eat?
I cook good food, like chili and things, but because everything that comes, is more difficult to earn enough money for one person.
Ideas?

Hello :-) Good luck with your weight loss and is super good noodles are not great when it comes to weight loss.

Beans on toast is largely complete and healthy breakfast of my absolute favorites!

My little advice is that the (main-if) you can buy things in bulk storage boxes and freeze in small portions for later. This reduces the costs (the ingredients are to be carried more cheaply in bulk, as you rightly pointed out) is angry more quickly, if no \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\ \\'s too busy to make a prepare a meal and reduces the risk of using bear or super noodles (a big risk, I know) myself as a student. Spaghetti Bolognese. It is so easy and cheap! You only need to spaghetti, pasta, lean beef and a glass of salsa. Then you are able to add vegetables such as broccoli, if anything, they are also cheap. Or you could use a package of salad and can also cheap.

Most meals are cheaper pasta. Another reason is pasta, tomato sauce and zucchini, if you are vegetarian.

Baked potatoes are great. It provides all the nutrients you need, then just cheese or beans or coleslaw on the fiber.

Heart Healthy Mediterranean Salad

Spinach
Olive
Green Pumpkin
black olives
Tomato (s)
and smeared with dried rosemary, oregano, thyme and Italian
Garlic powder
red and black pepper
Mozzarella cheese, grated
Croutons

Slice the spinach leaves. Put in a bowl of salad.
In a second bowl of olive oil, zucchini, combine olives, tomatoes, spices and cheese.

Mix in the salad. Refrigerator for 30-60 minutes or overnight.

Garnish with croutons and serve. A quick, healthy salad!

Peanut butter - is an important source of protein and can be "eaten on the fly. On a slice of bread or a banana or Babel.

Soup - very, very healthy and very easy to buy into a box or go. its low price and good for you. Most supermarkets and sandwich shops have to go soup.

the use of vegetables and fruit in season (season = buy cheaper), and chicken and meat in smaller packages.

slightly longer tenable is also good, the cause can be saved.

The more work you = cheaper food enough.

ALSO Costco, if you have one, it's great! Chicken Burger ... Yes, its enormous mass, but if you have any food in bulk, which lasts for ever (like frozen burgers) Buy

this too is a good question ... ummm things you need to drink water, milk, cranberry juice, orange juice .. Foods are carrots, broccoli, beef can be cooked (not fried) .. I recommend that you do not eat pork in all that you have tons of fat. exersise helps. If you eat healthy exersise to ... happy to help

I am not a Muslim, but I find halal meat is much cheaper. So buy it and dried noodles and tomatoes with their teeth, etc.
